Shishikai Dojo, Brisbane

Dojo Information

Shishikai Dojo operates out of the Coorparoo School of Arts Halls which is steeped in tradition dating back to 1893. The hall is part of the area RSL group, Church group and other local clubs and organisations. The timber floor is in very good condition and the hall comes complete with a kitchen, toilets, stage, fans, high ceilings and ample parking.

With permission of Shihan Jim Griffin, Rokudan, Joint Chief Instructor of the Shorinjiryu Kenyukai Watanabe Ha Karate Australia, the Shishikai Dojo was opened by Sensei Tony Fletcher, on the 16th January 2006. Sensei Jason Romer, joined Tony as Assistant Instructor and together they take pride in offering the highest level of professionalism in their instruction.
